We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we’ve made our policy simple. You have 7 days from the date of your purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we are unable to process a refund or exchange. 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, such as:

• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts that are not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after being notified of approval:
1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Please note that sales items will be refunded at the discounted price paid.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please email us at info@neubuff.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your item, please email us at info@neubuff.com to request a return and we will provide more details.

You may be responsible for covering the shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
